KrASIA feature: Zeemart bags $5.2m in seed round funding

KrASIA, a digital media dedicated to uncovering ideas and innovations in Asia, reported that Zeemart, a Singapore food-tech firm, has bagged USD5.2m in a seed round to fuel regional expansion. The seed round was led by Indonesian Investment firm Kresna Graha Investama.


Zeemart will funnel its new funds towards an expansion in Indonesia, with plans to enter Thailand, the Philippines, and India in the near future. Back in its founding year in 2017, it had secured SGD2.2million in from Sheng Siong, one of Singapore's largest supermarket chains, and KPISOFT, a cloud-based enterprise performance management software company.
